Confirmation before dispatch
Every order placed through maisoncarat.ca is confirmed by the MAISON CARAT team before it is dispatched. We may contact you by phone or email to verify delivery details and answer any final questions about your piece.
Processing time
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Made-to-order or sourced-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated to you at confirmation.
Delivery coverage
We ship within Canada. Some pieces may also be available for shipment to selected international destinations — please contact us before placing an international order to confirm availability and any applicable costs.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees vary based on destination, package size and weight. Any shipping cost is confirmed with you before your order is finalised. There are no hidden fees added at checkout.
Packaging
Pieces are packaged in a Maison Carat gift box suitable for keeping or gifting. Pieces that are particularly delicate are dispatched in additional protective packaging.
Inspection on receipt
When your order arrives, please inspect the piece before opening any tamper-evident seals where present. If something is not as expected, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
